        Suggested use

        Daily usage instructions:
        Week 1
        20 drops/day        		Week 2
        30 drops/day
        Week 3
        40 drops/day        		Week 4+
        ‡Up to 80 drops/day
        ‡Add an additional 5 drops daily, as tolerated, until you reach a max of 80 drops (0.8 tsp).

        Take 4mL (0.8 tsp; 80 drops) daily. Follow the daily usage instructions above if it is your first time taking lonic Magnesium. Do not refrigerate.
