Good composition and ingredients. Associate probiotic and enzymes and herbs for oxidative stress. It lasts 1 month (2 capsule dosage). Unfortunately they don't specify how much ashwagandha in it but they write the total ammount of the herb. Very good quality and price.
Another of Zenwise digestive aids I plan to try. I do like this brand and have been using it for about a year as I try different versions of these products.
Finally a SBO probiotic w/o any harsh prebiotic. Works great for SIBO/dysbiosis.
