I love the methylated vitamins and that it is a one-per-day, and in a capsule form (not a tablet). But, why is it choline free? Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after I got it. Choline is really essential during pregnancy and preconception. Many people are deficient. If you get this, please do include more choline rich food (like egg yolks and liver) or consider supplementing. Plus, there is too much iron in here, problematic for most people. It's difficult to review it, as I have nothing to compare. I first took a much more expensive one, and then switched to this one, and continued throughout the pregnancy. The label is great, contains high dosages on vitamins.

Seriously the best multivitamin I've ever taken! Doesn't make me nauseous, no after taste. Made my iron levels increase significantly and all my other values have been great. Really superb supplement for people who can't have vitamin K. Take it even when not pregnant

I barely nurse at this point but still use Zahler’s prenatal vitamins for the full supply of vitamins and minerals I need in a kosher easily swallowed format.

I put 5 stars because so far I did not see any side effects and its hard to say when a vitamin provider is efficient or not. Overall compare to what my doctor prescribed me, it worth the price.

I bought this for my daughter who’s 4 months on the way. She told me that she absolutely loved this product. Doesn’t give her the uneasy feeling that she has with other vitamins.

I originally bought these on Amazon but am so glad to find them here. The mint in these HELPS tremendously while in my first trimester during my last pregnancy. I now take them while nursing! Recommend 10/10

It’s a great prenatal vitamin and was also approved from my doctor. They don’t have a funky smell like other vitamins I’ve tried. I’ve purchased a second bottle already. Can really recommend it!
