The product itself is amazing, but I prefer vitamin D3 oil over capsules. Just because it is easier to consume it. Otherwise, this product is really great and works well. It lasts less than D3 oil. Package is small and easy to store it anywhere. The product quality is great, lasts for a long time and the product doesn’t have a strong taste which I like.
