Great quality although it’s my first time using this brand. Amazing size as well as it’s 120+ capsules in the jar. It’s easy to swallow and has no taste whatsoever. I purchased it because of vitamin E benefits that’s it work as a great antioxidant for body and skin.
You can break open a capsule and smell the oil inside, it should not smell rancid, it should smell fresh and these do. Also the capsules are not feeling hard as a rock like other brands in the past, and that’s because I believe the capsules are too old. These are the best buy out there for a quality natural vitamin E product, that is for sure.
Have been taking Vit E as an antioxidant and for vitality for many years. Can't live without it. Like that Swanson Vit E is from d-alpha tocopherol, not mixed.
Vitimine E is an essential anti-oxident oil based so do not over consume max daily dose is 1200 iu but as it exists in natural food, you should limit daily dose to 2 capusules.
Nice packaging. Soft gel has no aftertaste . Excellent quality . Lessened hair fall and makes the skin supple. Just the right dose for everyday . Will purchase again
