This mayonnaise is really delicious! A great organic product that is reasonably priced and a great size too. It tastes very silky and creamy. The ingredients are clearly labeled and I love that there are no artificial preservatives or flavors. It is fantastic that it is gluten free and certified organic, with no hydrogenated fats. It is a really clean and delicious product! Bravo to the company for producing it!!

I should have read the ingredient list more carefully. This first ingredient is soy oil, but its organic soy oil if that matters. I love mayonnaise but this brand is way to different for me. It is a bit more sour than I like, I will try to add sweetener and see if it tastes better to me. The texture is perfect so I can use it as a base for other sauces. It is NON GMO verified. Also, this product is gluten free certified and for my family that is a must.

Light, creamy, and with all organic ingredients, cannot be more happy with this mayo. Stir the first time you open as olive oil tends to separate but does not after it is refrigerated. I have always love Spectrum Organic products for their superb quality and taste. High recommended.
