Ive been eating good quality Chlorella regularly over the year. It gives me more clarity of mind and more energy. I gave this brand as a gift to a friend who took 3 Cov'd jabs. He took it for about 3 weeks and reported it gave him clarity and focus of mind. Source Naturals should print the name of this variety of Chlotella as there are at least 2 varieties, plus the country of orgin.
