High quality supplement. Size is small and taste is neutral. Package as always received quickly. Composition is good. It is one of the most important minerals for thyroid health and a very common deficiency. I bought to improve energy and immunity, but it greatly benefits the whole body. Most of the supplement have small dosage or too high dosage of iodine. This product have reasonably good amount iodine and have no bad ingredients in it.

I don't like to use high doses of iodine, I think up to 500mcg is ok, more than that may be unnecessary. But iodine is very important not only for the thyroid, but for many other functions

I purchased these because, since before COVID, it's nearly impossible to find any Potassium Iodide supplements in dosages less than double/triple/more of the maximum recommended daily amount of 500 mcg. These are exactly that amount and the price is right. These are also easily opened so that you can reduce that amount if needed (which I do, halving them and putting the other half into another empty veg-cap).

I am not an expert but I can describe my personal experience. After two weeks I've noticed an improvement. I'm not as sluggish as before and my face is not as puffy. I do not recommend taking a full capsule. 500 mcg is way too much as far as I have learned from my research so I dilute just a tiny bit every other day in water ( in other words, I skip a day between taking a small amount of the supplement). I think that it is always best to consult (a) doctor/s before incorporating a supplement into your daily regime.

Suits for vegan. Good ingredients. But I think Solaray should use smaller packaging for this one because there are only 10% of this packaging filled by capsules! Hope Solaray will solve it in a future and will find a smaller container.
