Great quality ingredients and size of pills are easy to swallow, packed with lots of vitamins and nutrients that are perfect for helping to nourish you before/during pregnancy! Smells and tastes like some sort of herb, not too strong and still ok in terms of swallowing. Good packaging too, definitely will be highly recommended!
Just one pill per day is super convenient and efficient. I’ve tried the SmartyPants gummy prenatal vitamins but found them inconvenient and too sugary. This vegetarian capsule is easy to swallow and doesn’t taste fishy initially. There is an every so slight fishy taste but compared to other vitamins, this one is hardly noticeable. I only wish that they use olive oil instead of sunflower oil in these capsules!
This prenatal is great. I take it every night. It helps that it has Choline and Omega 3’s in it to help hit all the important nutrients. It smells and taste bad, but it’s worth it. IHerb had a better price then in store.
I like the dosages and ingredients and that its free of all the things i cant have, but the smell and taste is off-putting for sure.

These are beautiful looking capsules, each looks like a gem. I like that they use folate and beta carotene, and that there's a large dose of Vitamin D.
