They are quite sweet but all in all not too unpleasant. Ingredients seem not too bad. The sprinkles are colored with natural ingredients (they tell you what they used precisely). Other variants from this brand have been overly greasy and oily in the past. With this one it is not the case. They are vegan and gluten free, also non gmo....

Great vegan protein bar! Doesn’t taste too artificial despite being sweetened with monk fruit. I also like that the sprinkles are made using food-derived colours.
