The package contains round patches in 2 sizes - 9 larger and 9 smaller. Each patch must be placed to a pimple and left for many hours, so it is better for the night - the longer you can wear it, the more nastiness your patch will pull out. The effect is similar to Compeed's wet callus patch, but all this happens on the face and with pimples. A huge pimple-horn that hurts and really interferes usually disappears completely within 3 days of applying the patch, only a flat post-acne mark remains that can be hidden with cosmetics and no one will suspect anything. Since the first test there has not been a single day without a pack of these patches in my stash. Great quality and definitely must-have for me as for a person with occasional pimples from time to time.
