I start using this pre-workout yesterday and maybe because it's my first time using pre-workouts I felt thirsty during my class in the gym and some dizziness. but all on all the product is good and the taste too
This is the first pre-workout I've taken and I think it's great. I definitely feel more energized yet don't feel jittery. I only take 1 scoop since I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and it's enough to energize me for a hard workout.
My one complaint is that some of the ingredients are a little low (citrulline mallate and L-theanine). I take some extra citrulline mallate 30 mins before I drink the preworkout. And for L-theanine the recommendation is a 2:1 with caffeine. But in this preworkout there's less L-theanine than caffeine. Otherwise it's great and it tastes pretty good too.
