Love black sesame seeds!!!! Very nutritious Black sesame seeds are an especially rich source of macrominerals and trace minerals. I eat a lot of soup so I put them on top for a little crunch factor. Plus mineral benefit and also full omega 3’s. Great for your nerves and brain health. I also on a very strict diet no sugar, no diary, no gluten. 👍🏻
I have been soaking these sesame seeds overnight and making seed milk out of them and it's soooo lovely! I tried to make a sesame matcha latte like the ones at a bubble tea shop but I rather enjoy the sesame seed milk on its own with some honey over ice! These seeds taste nutty, def. has a bit of a charred/ slight bitter taste compared to the light colored seeds, even tho this is NOT toasted. These seeds taste and smell fresh. They look rather dust free and clean as well. I am very pleased with the quality and addition of calcium to my diet.
