this product omega 3, fish oil has great quality. has the best ingredients. it's good for the heart,avoid inflammation good to taste,good for the hair,less cholesterol . it has good benefit for my children.. they are 4 and 7 years of age. it comes with good package. thank you I herb.. after 2 weeks of using, I noticed my child learns quickly.

I'd say this is the best fish oil supplement out there. Usually I get the larger mg size but this suffices as well. Nordic Naturals makes very pure fish oil, and it's great for inflammation, immunity and many other healthy benefits. Taste fine with no aftertaste at all. Keep in the refrigerator.
The addition of lemon is really felt. I can taste the lemon and also have lemony burps after taking the softgel. I have also felt noticeable reliefe in my knee pain after taking it Only problem in my opinion is that the bottle once opened smelled very fishy. But the softgels themselves once taken out didnt have a clear smell.
Considered a very quality omega 3, but the price is pretty expensive. I didn't use it for long. Has a superior omega 3 form (re estrified triglyceride ad compared to the cheaper and more widely used ethyl ester form)

I love the Nordic Naturals brand, not taking anything else! No fish burps and great lemon taste. It's a bit more expensive compared to other omega products, but well worth the money. I am using it for over 6 months to reduce inflammation. Nordic Naturals quality and ingredients are outstanding.
