This is very relaxing and potent - I found that about 1/2 to 2/3 of the recommended dose was perfectly strong. When I had the full dose, I was very drowsy and did not feel great. Having a smaller amount I found this to help reduce stress and tension.

It's not as effective as I expected when I saw the impressive list of ingredients, but it still works not bad at all. Worth a try.
