I would also recommend it to anyone concerned with improving memory and cognition. The supplement has a nice dosage and a good amount of capsules.

I was having problems with my memory like where I put things even if I just move them, I would call it "recent memory" (I'm 60 with MS) wich can be very frustrating. I have been taking fish oil in the past but didn't see any improvment in my memory until I started taking Bacopa 2 caps every day, after a week or so, I start seeing improvment, my memory is a lot better, I can think more clearly.
