Love this rice alternative! I like to use it to make a yummy risotto like dish using white wine, herbs, broth, spices, and nutritional yeast. It takes on the flavor of whatever it is cooked with and has a nice chewy but not tough texture

This product is perfect in all its aspects. As keto it is perfect in low carbs and calories besides its great marination

First time trying the rice version as usually I buy the noodles but overall happy with the product.

Change your mindset before eating this. if u think u are eating rice, not so like it but better than nothing

For me this is the best keto rice I tasted (between this and the coliflower rice). The texture is not very enjoyable though.
