I needed to up my iron and ferritin levels. The doctor wanted me to have an infusion. I asked for 90 days and I used this product consistently. The tablets never upset my stomach but I did always take them with a little food. Within 90 days after my blood tests were returned my iron and ferritin levels are normal.
