I have ordered these many times to Korea and they always arrive perfect even tho they are thin style rice cakes. They are plain, bit bland, but perfect for hummus or a mini PJB or whatever. And I like the thinness a lot better than a regular rice cake--they are thin and crisp. I appreciate having another GF option.
We are all fortunate that the Lundberg company continues to make this exceptional organic salt-free cracker. Since most people put some sort of salty spread or hummus on crackers, with this crunchy cracker there is no salt, making it much healthier for you. It works as a breakfast item also with unsalted butter and jam. Have these crackers with afternoon tea, or really anytime.
These crackers were recommended to me by a friend. They are made from the ingredients listed on the package. These snacks are tasty and filling whenever I eat them. It is so easy to put something on top and have a quick snack or lunch. For lunch I use two servings, for a snack I use one. One cracker is about the size of the palm of your hand. For the diabetic diet the 5 grains (brown rice, millet, flaxseed, quinoa and popcorn) do not spike my blood sugar. You'll be happy your ordered these.
These are really great and should be a pantry staple. Rice cakes can seem boring, but these have a great flavor, thanks to the mix of grains. They’re also not salty at all, which makes them ideal for adding nut butters, spreads, and other toppings that have more flavor. I also recently had a stomach bug and these rice crackers were the only thing I felt like eating. If you’re having a sensitive tummy day, try eating them plain.
