I enjoyed this product, as unlike other powdered vitamin C products, it did not irritate my stomach which does not do well with sour items/foods. I live in a hot and humid climate though, and this powder "caked" very quickly when I left it on my kitchen counter and could no longer use it.
I'm on my third or fourth purchase! This is hands down the best buffered Vitamin C out there. I've been doing over a dozen Vitamin C flushes with this powder and it's been life transforming. The other brands of Vitamin C were burning and really upsetting my stomach. Not this!

It is recommended by many naturopaths to take vitamin C in the powder, rather than in a pill form because it much better absorbs in the bloodstream. After trying several vitamin C products in the powdered form I came to conclusion that this is the best product due to its pleasant taste. It tastes like a nice lemony drink while the taste of other similar products is plainly disgusting!
I have been on Vitamin C for 3 years and I'm rarely sick with cold and flu like symptoms. The only time in 3 years I fell sick was when cycling off the supplement as I needed to for a test. this Vitamin C is easier on the stomach in this form.
