As it’s mentioned for hydration it replaces electrolytes loss during workout especially if you lose a-lot of fluids while training or doing sports, size is perfect for taking in gym bag. The taste is acceptable by mixing with less than mentioned amount of water. 200ml is good to me👍🏽I should consider caffeine free formula next time 👍🏽

It may be a taste that Japanese people are not familiar with. It was easy to drink when put in carbonated water of grapefruit flavor. This is a caffeine-containing type, so consider the drinking time. I slept normally even after taking a bath at night. Is it because I inoculate melatonin 1mg every night? Maybe you're getting lighter sleep.
