I fidnt realise that it wasn't 100% xylitol, but probably my fault for not reading the ingredients, but still a good product. It does seem to fisolve a bit quicker so may not dust the tops of desserts as well as powdered sugar if its on the wet/moist side.

I use this one for my keto dessert. my favorite is chocolate crinkles

It's a little sweeter than regular confection sugar and a little grainier but overall is a good substitute.

Needed powdered Xylitol for keto ice cream recipe. This product worked so well, no after taste, so you can't tell it was an "artificial sweetener", and xylitol does not cause small re crystallization which causes that solid as a rock Keto ice cream result!

why not mentioning how much tapioca starch in the serving . i ordered it for keto cooking and when I received it I discovered it has starch which i can t use

appropriate. Melt easily and no lumps remain. There is almost no side effect
