As a professional baker, I use it in most of my recipes for low glycemic baking. Excellent quality ingredient, organic, and the sweetness taste is perfect.
Great for baked goods and in coffee! the texture is a bit different from sugar, more like brown sugar consistency. It’s a little expensive but if you don’t use it a lot I think it’s worth it.

I was hoping this would work as a healthier choice sweetener for coffee and tea. It didn’t work out for me. It didn’t blend well, and it was as though it wasn’t made for using in hot drinks. Wasn’t sweet enough for me. Won’t purchase again.
