I enjoy this roasted seaweed as they not only make a great snack, but also have a lot of healthy nutrients, such as iodine, which is said to be beneficial for your thyroid. There are many ways you can use this as well. One way I like to enjoy it is by making a "sushi salad" and crumbling/sprinkling this on top. You can also just eat it right out of the package for a quick, healthy snack! What's even better is that it contains olive oil instead of some of those poor-quality, inflammatory oils. Good stuff!
I love the seaweed from this brand. The nori sheets taste delicious, well salted, and the texture is slightly oily. This seaweed goes perfectly with sticky white rice. The nori sheets tears off easily when dry, so you might make a mess eating it. Perfect size for traveling.
