This is nice seasoning blend to cover your meat. This blend has a distinct citrus note to it without being too overpowering. I use it in addition to freshly ground sea salt or smoked salt and freshly ground pepper. It adds nice 3D textural elements to steaks. The meat then has hints of citrus zest to it, but does not taste like it's been drenched in lemon juice.
The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing
