I actually purchased this to use on my hair. Reasearch says it stimulates the stem cells related to each hair follicle. As for drinking it, research says it's a great immune booster. Haven't tried drinking it yet, however, I have taken the echinacea caps at the onset of a cold and I think they helped. The tea probably works about the same.
I bought this for my mom to help with strengthening her immune system to build her up before cold and flu season restarts. Echinacea is also said to fight inflammation within the body so I’m hoping it helps her in that regard too. This bag/amount is enough for 30+ days supply so hopefully she’ll see some results at least half way into using this.
We Usually Supplement With This Herb In A Tincture, So I Thought I'd Try The Herbs. Made A Tea Yesterday Morning With Echinacea, Dandelion Root & Green Tea Jasmine. it Was Pretty Delicious, Good Taste. If You Haven't Heard Of This Herb And Its Benefits, I Suggest You Research It. It'll Help Improve Your Diet. Great Quality, Decent Size . I Would Buy Again.
This is a great herb to have on hand, the benefits are too good not too! It improves over all immune health and is a great supplement to add to any diet if you're starting to feel under the weather. The quality is great and the taste is good when mixed with other loose leaf teas. The ingredients are trustworthy and I do love the cute packaging.
The size of this product is enough specially if mixed with berries for herbal tea. Echinacea has many benefits for immune system. You can pour hot water and wait for few minutes to drink it, or mix it with berries. The taste can be better with honey. The quality is very good either of the herb or the packaging itself.
