Chia seeds may be small, but they’re incredibly rich in nutrients. A staple in the ancient Aztec and Maya diets, these seeds have been touted for their health benefits for centuries. The antioxidants, minerals, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds may promote heart health, support strong bones, and improve blood sugar management. What’s more, chia seeds are versatile and can be used in many recipes. Personally, I embrace their gel-like consistency by mixing them with liquid and making chia pudding.
Very excellent quality. Tastes like Shea haha. It has many uses honestly like you can make so many recipes with it. Very excellent quality. Tastes like Shea haha. It has many uses honestly like you can make so many recipes with it. I like to make Shea pudding and add it to my water too
It smells like real Manuka honey. It has a very different scent from the regular honey eaten in Korea. It has a unique strong scent.
I've been using it for breakfast - make some fruit puree and mix it with 5 table spoons of chia seed, give it a good stir and pop it in the fridge, let it sit over night and enjoy your chia pudding in the morning :)
Wonderful way to get omegas from food, fresh and easy to use. Been sprinkling on my yogurt, which works well and makes a nice healthy treat.
Very useful addition to healthy recipes for breakfasts. This is one of the best superfood ever, and the packaging & price of this product is superb
Excellent source of plant protein. They are small size but pack a lot of nutrition. I add to smoothies and nut milk to make a great chia pudding. I trust this company with quality products.
Great chia seeds! The quality and packaging were good. I mainly use them in my overnight oats, and I find them best soaked for at least 6 hours. The size is small but you really only need a small serving.
It is very fresh with high quality. I enjoy putting some of these chia seeds into my breakfast cereal every morning which gives me a healthy start. In addition, some brands contain small impurities such as sands and this brand is free of such impurities.
