So I've used this before but without the probiotics. Using this has been good so far but in the beginning it left me with a congested and constipated feeling and I felt like I couldn't poop but that's all cleared up now. I take it after each meal.

This is the digestive enzyme that's best for people who are already thin and don't want to lose more weight. It's also not too strong and won't give you stomach grumbles. It's a good companion when consuming food in a social setting where intestinal upset from indigestion can be embarrassing.

Very good product! Was suffering from extreme bloating and discomfort every time I ate. This has definitely helped ease my discomfort and bloating problem! Only thing is that you have to take a tablet with every meal (or often) so I´m burning through these tablets quite fast and if I skip them I can feel the discomfort coming on again. Totally recommend if you have bloating after eating certain foods like bread, dairy products! Please give thumbs up if my review helped you :)

I don't see the results yet, but I hope it does its job. Update: great and very gentle enzymes. I don't tolerate high doses of any digestive enzymes (I was literally dying after HCl + betaine) but this set of enzymes does its job without hurting my very troubled GI tract.

I bought this because the product I bought previously is unavailable, I'm finding this great value, and excellent in terms of effectiveness. The packaging is good, I'm 78 and have had IBS recurring for years, it's only recently I added digestive enzymes to my daily supplements. This is great and I will probably stick with this one in the future, IBS is no fun, and to find a product well priced and effective is a huge bonus. I recommend this product.

It works awesome my constipation has gone and my face is clear and my skin looks great. Constipation makes collagen less absorbable especially when proteins can’t be digested easily nor absorbed because of low acidity in stomach, so these enzymes help in the digestion process. I feel an improvement in the IBS as well. Hope it continues to work this way as i started it just a week ago.

I bought this probiotics for my 63 old mother. The digestion is much better and the benefit of the enzyme is high. Ingredients are good and quality of the product is high. I know that it is recomended by the nutritionists if you have stomach discomfort so i will buy it net time for sure.
