I don't recall when I first begun to use this it was so long ago; but I wouldn't be without it. I use 2 capsules about a half hour before my evening meal and drink it down with apple cider vinegar and water. Sometimes I am not able to be very mobile and then I also use burdoch or ginger because they also help and this stuff has got expensive and I am happier not using it 1X3 times a day as suggested because that seems like it might be too much and because sometimes I take other stuff that should be consumed on an empty stomach.
