Works great! Quality ingredients, good size bottle. The dosage is just right. It doesn’t have a funny taste like most herbals do. It does benefit my sleep

I have only been taking this for 2weeks but it seems to have a mild effect on my sleep pattern so far but I will have a better idea of its efficacy after a few more weeks. I like Dr Axe products.

It helps with my sleep, just that with too many mixture of ingredients it makes me worried to take it long term, in view of safety profile

I bought this for my dad who suffers from chronic insomnia. He tried it for over a month but has not seen any effect. It's just as I expected though because most natural products that claim to help fall asleep do not work on me who also have trouble falling asleep chronically.

it depends on your body .. my mom didn't sleep when she took it .. but it helped me to sleep alot

it didn't help me at all i stopped taking it .was a waste of money
