Great to use for certain types of cake and bread. Also good to sprinkle on the baking stone or baking tin since it prevents your bread from sticking to the tin.

Good quality semolina flour as expected of Bob's Red Mill. Used to make pasta with AP flour and eggs but they tasted too much like egg noodles. So decided to do it the 'proper' way by using semolina flour.
I use it for semolina porridge. I thought it’s gonna be like oat flour but they are actually different. This is more grainy and it absorbs more liquid in comparison to oats. If u wanna try something new, u may give this a go! But still, I’ll prefer oat flour more coz they are definitely a lot more smoother:) hope this helps!
Great to use under pizza dough when cooking. Also makes a nice risotto. Very flexible product with a nice shelf life.
