Not sure of the benefits - but - I never got Covid, flu or colds this year or last year. I believe in this product for immunity, but the cost keeps me from buying it too often. Life Extension has a good one for little less.

Easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. Great that it is Okay for vegans. Used a different brand and switched seems to work just as well.

Was waiting for any AHCC from this brand for long time, finally available again. First time trying these soft capsules, from my research they should have same potency as the gold ones, thanks to the softgel texture, better absorption. I am currently taking 6capsules every morning on empty stomach following by betaglukan 2tabs after 30 min. Since I started taking AHCC from this brand, my HPV got significantly better, didnt have to do the surgery. Now still maintaining the same amount of capsules to take every morning. Once cleared completely, will lower my dose, but will not stop taking as I can feel my immunity so strong. Recommend.

I've just started taking it for immunity support so I'll have to wait and see if there are any changes and will update here. So far no side effects other than some bloating.
