The tablet size makes a big difference to me. This One a Day tablet is oblong and not too big, so it goes down easily. I don't need to break it or crush it, as I may with other brands. I am happy with this supplement.

Has most of the necessary vitamins, but unfortunately they don't specify from where they are sourced. For example, they just mention vitamin C, we don't know if its from Ascorbic or a natural source like amla
