I use it for desserts of all kind to avoid sugary and full of calories desserts. Many possibilities of recipes and always easy do make, so perfect to cook with kids (my favorites are lemon pie and maple crisp, [basically made with corn cereals crust, the jelly mix -lemon juice, water and gelatin or maple flavor, water and oat crust]). The bag is big so perfect for regular use, and comes much cheaper than the small packs on market. Good quality, worth looking up for recipes, it's incredible the variety of what can be done with gelatin!

I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality and efficacy of this product. I has used more expensive gelatin but this one is really great. I use a tablespoon at night dissolved in some hot bone broth for my hair loss issues. It has really helped my hair to grow back quickly and stronger. Definitely recommend it.
I watched for a sale on NOW brand, and then picked this up instead of several one pound bags of the same product/brand; you save money that way. I scoop this out of the giant container and keep an 8 oz jar of it on my stovetop so I can add to things -- V8, warmed like a soup, and add a tablespoon of this for instant 9g protein. Very versatile! I add it to cocoa too; can't taste it. I need the extra protein. This is good for bones, nails, hair and skin! NOW's gelatin is high quality without being as high priced as other gelatin options.
I've tried other beef gelatin powders and this is my favorite, and my favorite price too! It has absolutely no flavor and blooms quickly in any cool liquid. I add a tablespoon to my creamer before pouring coffee in my cup each morning for a power boost to help with nutrition for hair and nails as well as joint health and have seen such a difference in just a few weeks. I love how smooth my coffee is now and switched to milk from half and half and don't even notice the difference. I love it!
