only now consciously supplementing lutein and zeaxinthin as I cannot guarantee I adequately and consistently meet my daily serving requirements for fruits and vegetables. if you meet this however, you do NOT need to spend on this supplement. i may not repurchase however as I'd need a bigger amount and a better price point, but it's good though, size is decent (no gagging) and no felt adverse effects. please thumbs up if this is helpful for you! thank you

The quality is not bad. The ingredients are all you need to keep your eyes healthy. I take it as maintenance therapy (after I drink a course of lutein with an active substance content of 20 mg.). All dietary supplements have a cumulative effect, so you can notice improvements no earlier than a month later. But the composition of this product - good, except for lutein - contains other supporting vitamins, trace elements and antioxidants. Reduces eye fatigue after working at the computer. There is definitely an improvement. Recommend 👍
