Excellent!I like this brand of flaxmeal as it is golden in color. No added ingredients like chia or shredded coconut but just ground flaxseed. I use one tablespoon daily on my yoghurt. Although the texture is a bit course, it brings out the flavor of the flaxseed well.
I am prone to gastrointestinal problems and have also suffered from chronic constipation for almost 30 years. I did my own research on the internet and found out that this taxseed is also effective for constipation, so I purchased this powder. I love Bob's products. I eat it in my breakfast yogurt or cereal. I also use it in homemade cereal bread, banana pound cake, and other baking ingredients. It took me a few weeks to see the effect on my constipation, but it even reduced the breakouts on my face. I was chronically constipated and prone to breakouts on my face, so this was a very significant effect.
A good source for your dietary fiber needs. I always love flax seeds but I prefer ground flaxs. I use it daily for my breakfast. Really good one for my diet. Sometimes I mix 2 tbs when baking bread. I always use this as my morning routine. Its always goes best with a banana oatmeal pancake.
I use this flax meal as a source of Omega 3 fats in my diet. I get plenty of Omega 6 from nuts, and don't particularly like fish products, so I am grateful that a plant source exists. I trust the brand quality of Bob's Red Mill, and I have used several of their baking products in the past. The price is reasonable for an organic item of this quality.

Flaxseed is fulla fiber which is good for your heart and bowels huzzah! Sometimes i make this stuff into crackers. Soak it in some water til it absorbs most, strain it and press it into cracker shapes. Add salt if you can handle more sodium. Bake on low til crisp (or out in a dehydrator if your fancy) and voila! Hippy dippy snacks!
Flaxseed has lots of fiber in my diet which helps with bowels and loaded with omega 3. Use it in oatmeal and cereal and my energy balls. Great in baked breads and muffins for breakfast and flax in pancakes is great to. The fiber is the main reason I use flaxseed but the tastes is great with this brand. Always keep refrigerated because it is ground and ready to use.
Although my favorite is not the golden but whole flaxseed, this product also is tasty and satisfactory. Without external coats, it seems softer. Full of fiber and nutrition like antioxidants is a well-known benefit of flaxseed. Bob's mill provides excellent products of flax, so I have been royal to purchase bunches from this brand.
